Hi! I am John Starr aka Coach Jack, a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer with a sports enhancement and youth exercise specialist certificate from NASM. I have a diverse experience of working with individuals of different fitness levels. I have a Kettlebell and Battle Ropes Expert certification from Living.Fit.
